Manager - Respiratory Services (Saskatchewan)

Reporting to the Director Home Oxygen Services and working closely with the Director Sleep & Respiratory Services, you will manage RANA's Northern Saskatchewan Oxygen and Sleep programs; including the direct service provider team and referral processes (inside sales team). You will be responsible for the on-going delivery and improvement of all related programs and processes, and for driving growth to meet the targets of each program, provincially.

Responsibilities include:
-  Marketing, promoting and actively representing RANA in the community.
-  Financial management of the Oxygen and Sleep programs.
-  Ensuring the successful, efficient and safe provision of RANA's Oxygen and Sleep programs to clients.
-  Managing the facility and department inventory.
-  Participating in department and corporate planning processes.

Qualifications:
-  Business or Health Care Administration degree, and/or completion of post-secondary education in nursing, medicine, allied health care. (Clinical designation an asset.)
-  Valid driver's license
-  Clear vulnerable sector search
