Registration and Licensing

If you are a licensed RT and moving from another province, you must submit the following:

Online Application Form
Criminal Record Check ( CRC) completed within last six months.

MUST be from the RCMP or local police.
Please mail your CRC to SCRT, scanned or faxed copies will not be accepted.
Pay registration/membership fee - $75.00
Proof of licensure from your current jurisdiction. Please complete Section 1 of the Registration Verification Form and submit the form to your current or previous regulating authority and have them complete the remainder and return directly to the SCRT.
Proof of employment. Please complete Section 1 of the Employment Verification Form and submit the form to your current/previous employers and have them complete the remainder and return directly to the SCRT.
Pay licensing fee.

If you are applying as a new Graduate, you must submit the following:

Online Application Form
Criminal Record Check ( CRC) completed within last six months.

MUST be from the RCMP or local police.
Please mail your CRC to SCRT, scanned or faxed copies will not be accepted.
Pay registration/membership fee - $75.00
Letter of graduation and transcripts from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
Confirmation of registration for CBRC exam. Please provide your confirmation email.
Pay licensing fee.
